Pricing & Payment Structure
■ Billing Unit：¥0.30 CNY / 1,000 Tokens
■ Prepaid Credits & Top-up Rules：
- Initial Deposit: A prepaid deposit of ¥1,000 CNY is required upon initial service activation (applied to token consumption).
- Subsequent Top-ups: Recharge in increments of ¥1,000 CNY thereafter.
■ Billing Cycle：Annual subscription with a minimum 1-year contract term.
■ Billing Details：
a) Usage Calculation: Total tokens consumed include:
- Input + Output Tokens
- Internal multi-turn reasoning processes during backend API calls
b) Billing Cycle:
- Actual monthly/annual token usage is calculated per billing cycle.
- Usage exceeding complimentary quotas is charged at ¥0.30 CNY / 1,000 Tokens.
c) Important Note:
- A single customer interaction may trigger multiple AI model calls.
- Actual token consumption typically exceeds visible frontend word count.
d) Token Consumption Sources:
- Customer-Facing Interface: Tokens triggered by customer-agent dialogues.
- Knowledge Base Admin Portal: "AI Testing Assistant" function: Tokens used when testing fine-tuning results (consumes tokens).
